Join the legions of Kiddo-ers! and get involved. Lend your time and talents to Kiddo! and help make a difference. Kiddo! needs volunteers on an ongoing basis. No matter what your talent, there is a way to get involved. No matter how little (or how much) time you have to share, there is a job you can do. No matter how many friends you have, being a part of Kiddo! is a way for you to meet new friends and have fun while making a difference for our kids.

Kiddo! Headquarters
Archivist
If you are the consummate scrap booker, this is the job for you. Please help us to organize photos, news clippings, and historical collateral pieces.
Mailings
Throughout the year Kiddo! produces several large mailings. If you’d like to help stuff, fold, and seal with a group of really fun people. This is the job for you.
Tech Support
Are you a computer wiz? If you are and you’d like to share your talents, we will always have a technical glitch that could use your expertise.
Database SupportWe are always trying to maximize the use of our database. If you are a database expert, especially with Crystal Reports or Excel, we have questions for you!
Graphic Design
Kiddo! often needs the talent of a graphic designer for communication pieces. This is a great job for someone who would like to volunteer from home.
School Site Photographer/Videographer
While we would like to make every performance, we can’t always get there. If you take photos or video of Kiddo! performances at your school, we’d love it if you could share your footage with us. We can post it on our website or use it in our annual video.
Biennial Kiddo! Gala and Auction
Historically, the Kiddo! Gala and Auction is our most profitable event, raising funds for Kiddo! programs. Over 600 participants join in the revelry and celebration of our schools and enjoy a silent auction, live auction, dinner and dancing. Our next Gala will be in the spring of 2013. There are many volunteer jobs that must be filled in order to make this event a success. The responsibilities range from Gala Chair, responsible for the overall event, to stuffing envelopes with invitations. We appreciate everyone’s efforts and everyone is welcome.
Biennial Kiddo! Golf Classic
For golfers and non-players alike, the Kiddo! Golf Classic raises funds for Kiddo! programs and the endowment. Held in October on non-Gala years, the Classic is comprised of a golf tournament, live auction and a banquet. Traditionally, tickets to this event sell out and volunteer spots fill up early. Fall Arts Festival
Take in the arts and eat some great food. Kiddo! sets up and staffs a food booth at the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival, which is traditionally held in September. Click here to volunteer.
Memorial Day Parade
Every year Kiddo! constructs a float for Mill Valley’s Annual Memorial Day Parade, often featuring student musicians and Kiddo! supporters. Help out with the float, organize the kids, and walk in the parade! Click herre to volunteer.
Annual Giving Campaign Phonathon
Do you have experience in sales? Even if you don’t, every Year Kiddo! needs around 80 moms and dads to join us at the Kiddo! office for our annual phonathons in May and November. Kiddo! provides pizza, sodas, M&M’s, and on-site training including scripts for all callers. It involves one of your evenings (more if you like) from 6-9 pm, yet this is one of the most important volunteer actives you can do.
